THIS IS US TOUR: Backstreet Boys Return To Brazil With Their New Album "This Is Us"

With over 100 million records sold, the Backstreet Boys is one of the most successful pop groups in music history. Formed about 16 years, has scored 10 Top 40 songs on the Billboard charts. Among the most famous songs are "Everybody (Backstreet is Back)", "Quit Playing Games (With My Heart)", "As Long As You Love Me," "I Want It That Way" "Larger Than Life" and " Inconsolable. "

With completion of TIME FOR FUN, the Brazilian tour will cross the following capital cities: Recife (Chevrolet Hall - 18 / 2), Brasilia (Nilson Nelson Gymnasium - 20 / 2), Belo Horizonte (Chevrolet Hall - 23 / 2), Rio de Janeiro (Citibank Hall - 25 / 2) and São Paulo (Credicard Hall - 26 / 2). In his career, the group has won several prizes, some of them: the EMA 1997 (MTV European Music Award) for Best Group and Revelation, VMA 1999 (MTV Video Music Awards) Audience Choice (MTV) TRL Top 10 Best Boyband (MTV) TRL Most Iconic Video (VH1) 100 Greatest Songs of the 90's - 3rd place with "I Want it That Way," among many other awards nominations for Billboard, Rolling Stone, VH1 and MTV.

In addition, the Backstreet Boys made history when 765,000 tickets for 1999/2000 U.S. tour go on sale sold out one hour after the start of sales.

The album "Millennium" (1999) sold nearly 500,000 copies on its day of release and topped the charts in Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan and Thailand.

The 1st studio album the group, after a fasting period of five years, "Never Gone" (2005), entered the Billboard Top 200 in 3rd place and sold three million copies around the world.

Today consists of Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, Brian Littrell, AJ McLean, Backstreet Boys have released seven studio albums. "This is Us" is the seventh of them and whose main characteristic is the essence of the rescue group, with hits from R & B and pop. This becomes clear in the songs "PDA", "Bye Bye Love" and "Straight Through My Heart" (produced by this RedOne), in which the lyrics and melodies are outstanding. Launched in October 2009, "This is Us" features 11 new songs and promotional tour began soon thereafter. Between 2009 and 2010, the Backstreet Boys have already started with the show throughout Europe, much of the U.S. and Canada.
