NKOTBSB TOUR: Jersey Shore's DJ Pauly D Could Join On The Summer Tour

Jersey Shore star DJ Pauly D could reportedly join the much-anticipated New Kids on the Block/Backstreet Boys 2011 tour. The MTV reality star is one of several acts that's applied to join the NKOTBSB tour as an opening act, TMZ reports.

Pauly D is reportedly "in talks" to be a special guest on the NKOTBSB tour and is close to landing a deal. The MTV reality star is among a handful of acts that have shown interest in opening for New Kids on the Block and Backstreet Boys, but a rep for the tour says no opening act decisions have been made yet.

The New Kids on the Block/Backstreet Boys 2011 tour kicks off in the summer of 2011 with the first performance scheduled for June 9, 2011 in Toronto, Canada. Of the five confirmed dates/venues on the NKOTBSB tour (listed below) so far, two of them are within spitting distance of the Jersey shore.
