Besides Dave Riggs from Afterburner Films claiming that Kim Bass stole the rights to the movie from him, a screenwriter is claiming that Mr. Bass stole his screenplay idea.
Checking Google, the screenwriter filed a legal papers again Mr. Bass and Epic Pictures back on Jan 21st. My guess is that this it probably going to hold up the release of the movie until late in the year (at the earliest), unless the case gets thrown out.
