* He sang a duet called "Happy Holidays from the Family" with 'Mrs. Incredible'. It was a country-music song (I think in the "Honky Tonk" style), about spending Christmas with a bunch of ne'er-do-well relatives (think: trailer park; a thrice-married brother-in-law, his kids and one of his exes; dinner from the local gas station convenience store; etc.)
* He sang solo on "I'll Be Home For Christmas", in a surpisingly high register, like you'd expect from Brian or Howie.
* He joined a couple of the other male actors in singing 5 For Fighting's song "Superman" ( I can't stand to fly / I'm not that naive... ). If you've heard the the original version, you know the guy singing it does it in a high register, more tenor than baritone. Kevin sang it in the same range, and that is the range in which he sang "I'll Be Home for Christmas". He sounded pretty good.
********
Overall the show consisted of the actors performing a bunch of Christmas classics. The plays theme was several "heroes" - Mr and Mrs Incredible, Rudolph the Red-Nose Reindeer, Glinda the Good Witch from "The Wizard of Oz" - along with some of Santa's helpers, are captured by a bad elf named Marvin who wants to ruin Christmas. The captives manage to escape, save Christmas, and - with the help of Santa - help Marvin find his better self. Although Kevin and other actors did their characters in costume, some of the other actors just had simple props to define their characters: "Rudolph" was a guy with a red nose and antlers on his baseball cap, Frosty the (rapping) Snowman was a guy with a overcoat, vest and pants, AJ-style shades, and a black top hat (who also held a carrot with his microphone), and Santa was guy in a Santa hat and red smoking jacket, who spoke like a preacher.
